Absolutely!!! Our other pet is, unfortunately, insured with Petplan and hands down, Trupanion FAR exceeds them in terms of coverage, cost, claims process it. Every claim we have ever submitted has been quickly processed and paid out, with no hassles or increased rates / decreased coverage (like Petplan does). I highly recommend it and do so FREQUENTLY to other pet owners.

I have been very impressed and thankful for the way my claim for Bilbo has been handled. He was diagnosed with osteosarcoma just before he turned 7. It is now 7 months from diagnoses. This has not been easy and it has been expensive. Every claim has been handled promptly. Payment of the claims has been very fast. They pay what it says in the policy without any dispute which helps me focus on my dog rather than the money. Since you can adjust the coverage based on what you can afford in premium against what you could pay in vet bills if needed one can budget in advance. I am thankful that Trupanion has helped me make care decisions for Bilbo based on what is best from him rather than on cost. I never wanted to use this policy but when I needed it it has been there for me and Bilbo.

As most people who have an Amstaff know the issues with allergies and also chewing everything!! Maximus has had a surgery, allergies and.... his RX was unbelievable on how much was covered. He takes Apoquil now. Life is joyous and itch allergy free. I love my TRUPANION! I have had to go WITHOUT my own medical insurance, and let it lapse during COVID pandemic. Maximus has stayed on his TRUPANION Insurance. serious, life choices. I love my Dogs.
