I had trupanion for years and did nothing..but the last few times Bandit got sick I did submit the invoice and you promptly addressed it and reimbursed much of the visit..

Rising premiums
Trupanion does a great job of processing claims and their customer service is excellent, the main negative I have is the cost of premiums. They have gone up significantly as my dog has aged...we've now reached the point where we have a senior pet; of course we will continue to keep paying our monthly payments even though we have put in way more money than we can ever hope to recoup

Great Pet Insurance
I love Trupanion. You take a photo of the invoice from the vet and upload on their site-very simple- and they take care of the rest. I just got $2100 back on a $2300 bill. And the money goes directly into my checking account. So worth the reasonable monthly payments.
