Trupanion has always been easy to access and use.
Trupanion has always been easy to access and use. They have paid where other insurance companies would not. I would have given them a 10 but premiums went up by more than 30% this year.

Not fair
I have paid about $4000 in insurance payments for Lola - go to submit a claim and have a $250 copay and a $215 not covered expense with NO explanation. So got back $333 - not really fair (or worth it).

New to pet insurance
I think it covers alot, but being a new client with zero claims, I don't know personally how great Trupanion is yet. I like the option of choosing my own deductible and the coverage has high amounts..but it does come at a cost. I have high hopes that my dog will never need this insurance but offers peace of mind for his momma !

So easy and takes the stress away
So very easy to submit and very fast response. I rave to everyone I know how great this insurance is!! I am not sure if our pup would still be with us if we didn't have this insurance to help defer most of the costs!
