They Do It Right
I absolutely love this company. Their benefits are outstanding. They do not play games with claims. I've had every claim I've ever submitted (both small and large) paid exactly as the benefits state, without having to jump through hoops to make it happen. The process is easy and I do it all online. Customer service is excellent on the few times I called with a question. The rates vary by locality, which is the way it should be: adjusted to the cost of care where I live. I've recommended many friends to this company and none are disappointed.

It did not seem to be useful the only time I¡¦ve needed it. Had I just been putting the same amount of money into savings for the last 3 years, my bill would¡¦ve been more than covered. The rep was lovely - I had a crying baby and a crying dog and she was very understanding. But Trupanion in general does not seem to be worth the money.

This was my first time getting pet insurance for a rescue dog, and I won¡¦t go without it again. I had no idea that surgery could be so expensive. I don¡¦t know what I would have done without the financial support. The claims experience was much simpler than I expected. The claim was submitted easily, and I received an auto deposit the next day. Thanks Trupanion team!

Trupanion is a true life saver for pets!
As always, Trupanion has been a life saver for us. We have had 5 dogs over the past 20 years and 4 were covered by Trupanion. They help was financially during difficult times with our pets and we were able to provide life-saving measures for our beloved dogs. Thank you as always!
