After deductible nothing is covered. I pay a high monthly fee and am only covered if there were to be a serious accident. May make more sense to bank that money.

I have learned by this claim that if you don’t buy the insurance the day of the dog is born you’ll never make a claim. Evidently when my dog was very young she has some problems with urination now and having a claim submitted I’m told that she had this crystals back then which I was never informed and therefore they will never be covered. I guess some people have a dog that doesn’t ever have anything and they might make a claim I’ve been paying for many years and I’ve never made one line so it’s a scam unlikeUnlikely no one that I know should buy the insurance unless they buy the day the dog is born

The claim experience was fast and easy. The only problem is ziva had surgery twice on her teeth and you helped with the cost but preventive cleaning so she wouldn't need surgery again was not covered

The coverage that Trupanion offers is undoubtedly the best in the market and correspondingly the price is higher compared to their competitors. Because of that I had high expectations for their customer service which Anica went over and beyond! She provided one of the most friendly, efficient, and informative service that I already raved about my experience with my friends and family!! I rate my experience 200 out of 100%!!

Pet Insurance is Worth It
Trupanion has been simple to process claims through and has always been very timely. I used to think pet insurance was a crazy thing to have, but I love my dogs immensely and when the unexpected things pop up (as they always will) it is comforting to know we are covered.

Trupanion was a very easy process at my vet. I didn’t have to do anything. By the time I went to pick up my dog after surgery, trupanion already covered their part of the bill and I was very satisfied only having to pay my deductible and %10 of the bill.
