Best Decision We've Ever Made
This review is frankly long overdue. Healthy Paws is, and continues to be, the best decision we've ever made for pet insurance. We have a French bulldog named Toast that has had a myriad of health problems over the 5 years that we've had her - from needing eye surgery to multiple bouts of hospitalization for pneumonia and other lung related issues. It has been the best peace of mind to have Healthy Paws have our backs in every way - I haven't had to worry about expensive procedures or medicines because Healthy Paws has had my back for 5+ years. Instead of focusing on the cost, I can instead focus on my sweet girl. The claims are always processed quickly, and the customer service agents email to check in and have sent cards over the years! Would highly recommend Healthy Paws for pet insurance and peace of mind for your life. Well worth the cost!

You guys have been pretty terrible. It's preposterous how much money you have cost me when I rescued an older animal. I will continue to pursue a refund and I will in the meantime continue to dissuade all pet owners I know from choosing your company.
