Very disappointed with this company

Very disappointed with this company. I’ve been with them for 6 years and now they charge 185.00 a month and deductible of 750.00 and only 60% back when it used to be 80%. Go with a Canadian company this one is shit now. Don’t waste your time. It’s a run around and not worth the insurance anymore. I can’t change because of pre-existing health and it’s so shitty. Don’t do it. I started with paying 70$ a month now it 185.00 a month. Horrible and they make the choice they keep what they want to. If I can save another family money I will. Not worth it anymore. Years back it was fine not anymore.

Nationwide is the worst

Nationwide is the worst. They yearly cap every single illness, injury or service and they must use a 1980 reimbursement table. My dog had dangerously high liver values and had to be hospitalized for 2 days. My bill was $8000 and after much fighting, they paid $2000. After 9 years of 2 dogs premium payments and their claim that they provide “peace of mind in case of hospitalization” I was expecting the payment to be the other way around. Get a plan that pays a percentage like 80% 70% so at least you can plan and budget.

My recent two claims were paid out much…

My recent two claims were paid out much quicker than usual so I definitely appreciated that but MetLife is more expensive for less coverage than other companies so I cannot give five stars a lot of competitors I would be paying less money each month with an endless amount of coverage instead of only two dogs for $5000 coverage per year

Great pricing and flexibility

Great pricing and I like the flexibility. My biggest concern is cancer since my older dog is currently very expensive so the high deductible plan was perfect to provide me with some ease of mind.

Great prices, but the checkout was a nightmare. I almost gave up!

The pricing and coverage options for bundling my home and auto insurance were good and easily beat the competition. However, actually completing the purchase was almost an impossible mission. The website kept crashing, slowed down significantly, and threw constant error messages at the final payment step. I had to redo the whole quote multiple times, and I honestly came very close to giving up on Sonnet entirely. In the end, I had to contact human support just to bypass the platform glitches and process my down payment. Great insurance product and savings, but the online checkout system is incredibly frustrating.
