The claim was well handled and very fair. Only concern I have is we pay $249.00 per month for the two dogs we have. The claim we had was paid $549.00 out of just over $700.00 bill from the vet. That is fair. Have not had any other claims for a long time but still pay $249.00 every month. Very high

Trupanion is the best. I wish they’d stop raising our premiums But I’d never use or recommend any other animal companion insurance to the many dog parents that ask me about getting their soul child the very best coverage The lady I spoke with last Friday was the nicest person I’ve ever spoken with at Trupanion I wish I could remember her name She was incredible!!

So thankful for Pets Best Health Insurance!
We are so thankful we invested in Pets Best Health Insurance for our dogs! Our dog, Huck had onset of a lethal disease last summer and had to be hospitalized at a pet ER for 4 days that included many tests and expensive medications. The peace of mind knowing that we had Pets Best health insurance for him was priceless! We were able to rest assured that we were able to give him the best treatment to save his life. We can now rest assured that we can continue his monthly expensive medication and tests to keep him healthy and happy for the rest of his life.

A nice peace of mind, but keep raising rates significantly each year (35% this year)
I have mostly been very pleased with the peace of mind and ease of Healthy Paws. I've had years where I've had a $1000 or more in reimbursements. I'm not sure if it's because I actually put in claims or if it's that my cat is now 12 years old but they raised my policy monthly premium from $73 to $99. I have a 7 yr old and 12 yr old cat. The 7yr has had no claims. I've been a client for 10 years for the older cat.

Prompt and fair claims payments for 11 years
Our maltipoo has been covered by Trupanion for 11 years (since he was 6 months of age). The claims process has been extremely fast for each claim and the coverage has certainly been worth the premiums we have paid. Highly recommend.
