Bethany was both super kind and super knowledgeable. I felt supported and valued, and I haven't submitted a claim yet. This is my second call for information since joining and both representatives have been equally great - informative, genuinely concerned for my pet and very easy to speak with. I don't think anyone is excited to pay for their pet insurance - choosing is overwhelming, but these interactions have made me happy to have chosen Trupanion.
