You have been attentive and pleasant to deal with but the only time I've needed you in the past 3 years, I could not get help because of the $500 deductible. So now that my cat is near death, I'm just not willing to spend another $500 without help from you when she is going to die anyway. Sounds cruel, but I gotta eat. I've paid you over $3000 in the past 3 years and been unable to get anything back because of the deductible.

Customer service is top notch with Trupanion ALWAYS!!! Agents are friendly, kind and incredibly compassionate. Coverage offered by Trupanion is affordable as well as efficient! I would(and have) recommend Trupanion as pet care insurance providers!!

This is an affordable plan and since the costs are paid by Trupanion upfront it's the best plan I have seen.
