The claims experience has been amazing. By the time we leave the vet's office we know exactly what we owe, and we get an email right away about what was covered and what wasn't and why (a routine check-up or regular vaccines). We are glad we selected Trupanion.

Easy enrolment - Follow up Work Required
The gentleman I dealt with was very helpful, however I would think that for the cost of the monthly fee as well as the enrolment fee that Trupanion would contact the veterinary clinics directly for Zoe’s medical records versus me tracking them down and sending them in.
