First time purchasing pet insurance...so I researched heavily to find the right coverage at the right price. I feel like my choice was definitely the right one. My annual wellness vet bill was $270 and I got back $160....I was happy....reimbursement was so fast and followed up by a personal call to go over my claim. I was a little nervous being a company I never really heard of but Love Love LOVE them and hope they are around forever !! I love my furbaby and just never want a money issue to hinder the care she may need one day! Thank you Lemonade for peace of mind!!

Worth it
When I got my dog from a rescue I did a lot of research into the Pros and cons of pet insurance. After a 1.5 years, I have finally put it to good use. I have filed my 1st claim and less than a week later, I was reimbursed. It takes a few days to process but worth if financially. The customer service is alsways extremely helpful. They helped me with processing my claim and were never bothered when I called them to know the status of the claim. The business is very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this specifically because of the add ons that they provide. Not all pet insurance have the add ons that AKC has.. Unless you cancel the policy and restart everything, the prices do not change as your dog gets older. Even if I hadn't needed to use it as soon as I had, this would be beneficial for every dog owner who has a young dog in order to help the elderly dog expenses later in life. This is worth it and something that I wish I had with my previous dog. I did my research and it's very beneficial for every pet parent to do their research into pet insurance and what will work best for them.

Extremely Helpful with Our Upsetting Pet Accident
My fur baby Skylar, like a typical husky, got out one night and suffered a terrible accident which caused her to lose her back right leg. However, even though everything was very expensive and sad, Lemonade Pet Insurance helped with almost all her vet expenses. Please if you have a pet, please consider getting pet insurance to cover them!

Lemonade make pet insurance easy
Lemonade Pet Insurance is by far the best pet insurance in terms of value AND ease of use. I actually have them as my home ownership policy as well and adding the pet insurance was a breeze. When I need to submit claims (and with a new puppy...that's pretty darn often) - the process is so easy on my phone and I know exactly what will and won't be covered most of the time. Things were a bit backed up during COVID at times, but the past few claims have come through SUPER quickly recently. I'm overly impressed with their customer service and absolutely would recommend them to anyone.

They don’t cover a lot
I am disappointed they don’t cover more items for how expensive the policies are and I have two puppies- $70+ per month with so little covered- starting to think it’s a rip off

Easy Peasy!
We got a new puppy and I was SUPER reluctant to try and figure out pet insurance based on so much negative feedback I’ve gotten from other pet owners. I found lemonade and couldn’t be happier! I registered my puppy, picked my plan and have already submitted claims for vaccines, check up etc, and they deposit my money back directly into my account! The app is really user friendly and just requires that you get an itemized and printed receipt from your vet that you choose, they review and give you your % back.
