Lemonade is great. I like how straightforward everything is and the pricing is very good. We submitted our first claims for Biscuit's sick visit for a cold (runny nose and sneezing, prescribed antibiotics) and it was approved in seconds.

Super clear, fast, and easy

If you puppy likes bees, take the insurance!
I was on the fence about pet insurance when we got our puppy. After all, he was healthy! I work for a pet rehab facility and we have several clients that spend thousands on treatment for back and leg injuries. After doing a lot of research, I chose Lemonade because if your pet doesn't use the insurance, they donate a portion of your premiums to charity! I also chose the wellness plan to cover rehab and healthy dog visits. Leroy ate a couple of yellow jackets at 16 weeks and we had to rush him to the vet. Filing a claim could not be easier! It's actually a fun process! I even felt a little bit guilty because they have paid more in claims than I have paid in premiums so far. I am thankful I ran across Lemonade and highly recommend them!

Super Easy to Work With
Lemonade has been outstanding. I bought insurance when I got my pup at 8 weeks. She's since been for her regular well-pet check and shots which Lemonade paid out on within 2 days. A few weeks ago she got sick and again, Lemonade approved my claim and I had my reimbursement within a couple of days. For the money, this insurance is excellent!

Lemonade Pet Policy Review
I bought this pet insurance for my mini dachshund puppy Rio about 2 months ago. Lemonade seemed to be a low cost provider of high quality pet insurance. I have submitted two claims so far and these claims were processed fast and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend Lemonade!

So easy and intuitive
I feel like most insurance companies try to make it as difficult as possible to understand your plan and file a claim. Lemonade is the COMPLETE opposite. It was so easy to sign up for both renter's and pet insurance, and filing a claim takes 10 minutes. The app is super easy, minimal, and intuitive to use. I took my pooch in for her yearly check-up and vaccines and was reimbursed the SAME DAY. The premium is pretty competitive too, but honestly, even if there are cheaper plans out there, I would pay more for the convenience and ease of use. I've already gotten 3 people to sign up.

Great, compassionate customer care
I spent a lot of time "googling" and researching pet insurance companies after adopting a rescue dog a few months ago. I am so glad that I found Lemonade. My plan is affordable, and the Lemonade team is professional, compassionate, and takes the time to explain things clearly. I've had 2 claims in the last 3 months and so far I am very happy as is my pet dog! I've already recommended Lemonade to some people, most recently to the technician who works with my dentist. In fact, I made my recommendation during a root canal procedure!

My first pet insurance for my 2 babies!
It was my first time having pet insurance. I also have their renters insurance and I'm so so satisfied with them and have peace of mind with them. After the vet visit, they approve the claim within 1-2 business days and they're super friendly and walk me thru every single thing on their policy. Especially an agent named Michele cared about my pet's health and worked so hard to get my claim approved on the same day. I'm 100% satisfied with their insurance when it comes to preventative care but I just wish they have more coverage for dental!
