Our investment in Trupanion came through
The website made it extremely easy to upload my scanned receipt and file a claim all in one. Then the veterinary hospital filed the next one for us. Trupanion sent timely notifications throughout so we didn't spend much time fretting about that when we had other things preoccupying us, namely concern for our dog's surgery results. It was the first time since we signed up over ten years ago that we made a major claim for what turned out to be a minor surgery. Our "investment" came through. Definitely worth it! Trupanion has been consistently very easy to deal .
Trupanion has been consistently very easy to deal . The support staff is always friendly and helpful. My only concern is the rate of premium increase yearly. My dog is almost 12 and the monthly rate and quadrupled and it is hard to step away even though he has been healthy.

I wish that you all would cover more for the same price. His itchy ears are caused by a yeast infection,his eye has a scratch or a cut on it. Just because he had it before shouldnt affect his claim when it gets seen again.
