Join up process easy - disappointed that I was offered to join without join up fee, but that offer was withdrawn when I actually joined
The actual sign up was easy. I was disappointed because I had asked for a quote a few days earlier and I received an email offering to waive the joinup fee if I signed up immediately. I was not able to sign up that day, and was frustrated to see that I had to pay the join up fee. It almost made me reconsider joining.

Trupanion has been a blessing as owners of a pet that has endured several costly ailments.
Many insurance companies have bad reputations but Trupanion has been a true saviour. Our senior dog Pepper (#V1056881) has suffered in the past year from both epilepsy and a collapsed trachea. She has also in he past endured several serious and costly surgical procedures. I'm not sure what we would have done without Trupanion's fulfilment of claims, in recent months, for expensive medications that have given us more time with her and joy from her. We paid into Trupanion for many years and now are reaping the benefits. These days Trupanion is paying more back to us than we are paying in monthly fees and for that, as seniors living on a fixed pension, we are extremely grateful. Your reimbursements have been prompt and much appreciated and I have no hesitation in recommending you to other dog owners.

Pets Best gives me great peace of mind.
My wife and I have had dogs as long as we’ve been married. We’ve been through life with puppies to old dogs and we have some idea as to possible medical costs. When we adopted our new dogs, we decided that insurance would be a good idea. So, within days of adopting our dogs, they were covered. They’ve had their first wellness visits and we’ve received our reimbursement for vet expenses. We fully expect the wellness plan to pay for itself and we have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that future emergency or geriatric care will be covered as well. It’s really a good feeling.
