A large vet bill and a sick family member is such a stressful experience. We were really worried that our claim would not be covered but not only was it covered, it was approved within a few days and the money in our account the same day! 100% worth the money to have peace of mind if something like this happens again. Highly recommend to everyone we know with animals!

great person I talked to but a little lack of communication
Claire was very nice but the problem I had was when I talked to her she quoted me a price of $83.50 a month and I live paycheck to paycheck so my money is very tight so when I checked my balance todat it said the payment that you folks took out was $118.50. No one told me about and extra fees so the money I needed to pay a different bill is now going to be short. It just would be nice if she told me the correct total when we talked earlier thats all.... Thank you for your time. Everything is ok just let the next person know up front
