I got my policy during my first puppy visit with my vet. They gave me a great rate, and it took effect immediately. Pet insurance is so SO important, and this company has been very clear on what they cover and what they do not. Nearly a year down the road, my dog has been having issues and has been needing tests after tests after tests to find what's been the matter. Trupanion has already paid for itself with their assistance. Making a claim is INCREDIBLY easy. Never takes me more than five minutes to make a claim. If you're trying to decide whether to get it or not, just trust me: you need Trupanion!

I switched to Spot a few months ago and have been very satisfied with how much i'm paying each month, along with the service when i have any questions! Definitely recommend spot if you're looking for a trustworthy company

24 hr service and friendly associates. Fair prices though haven¡¦t yet submitted anything which is the true test. Would have preferred a longer trial period provided through my breeder as likely would have spent more on coverage once realized how useful it was, but was disappointed to hear that TruPanion reduced this recently.

I am going to wait until entire claim is over to see how each item in the claimed is resolved. At my age reading an entire policy on line is not feasible. So far I am not happy at all with initial expenses and your reimbursement so far. So I guess we will just have to wait and see. I understand my consultation fee ($153.00) with a specialist this week will not be reimbursed.
