I’ve been very pleased with Pets Best and take comfort and knowing that I will be able to afford care for my dog. It’s worth every penny. If you own a pet, you definitely need to have insurance and this company has been great!.

HP pricing you out when your dog gets older.
I have had this insurance company for my 12 year old dog since she was 10 months old. I have had no claims or missed payments(132 of them). My payments were $69/month, then $139/month and this month $373!. Beware when you will probably need the insurance they are going to price you out of keeping it. It's cheaper to pay yourself since I'm sure they won't pay the whole bill anyway.

You were once a great company
You were a great company. But when a company jumps from $600/yr to $1200, that's robbery. And one of my cats has never taken a cent from you. Never used up his deductible. The other cat was sick but - for the healthy one - I interviewed other companies that offer exactly what you do and they were $430 approx. So there is absolutely no good reason to stay with you. Unfortunately, my sick cat will have to stay because of his exiting conditions. But I would never bring a new cat to you. There is one company that with take pre-existing conditions at a great price but the first year you must go without any coverage for the pre-existing - and then you can get all the benefits.

My Healthy Paws premium jumped from $113/month with a $100 deductible and 90% coverage to $260/month with a $1,000 deductible and only 60% coverage. I’ve been with them for 10 years—since my dog was a puppy—and this feels like a gut punch. A 150% increase in one month is outrageous and borderline unethical. I’ll be sharing this experience across every platform available.

Getting Tonka insured.…
I have always had great experiences with Prudent, Just today I added my dog onto insurance and Rebecca went through everything with me, gave me several different quotes to choose from and was helping me with the questions I had. She was polite and professional and made the experience feel more like family than strangers. Prudent also always has the best prices and multi pet discounts which is great for me since I have multiple pets. I would recommend Prudent to anyone looking to insure their pet.

BUYER BEWARE - FETCH charges even after cancelation
BUYER BEWARE My premium increased from $32 per month to $127 per month in a matter of just a few years. My dog is very healthy, and I’ve never had to place a claim. Tried to cancel the coverage, but the phone lines are always busy, so I canceled my card. I received an email from Fetch confirming that my coverage was canceled, but Fetch charged me anyway two weeks later - two months’ worth of premium - that’s over $250!!! I called but Fetch will not refund.

Love Pets Best!
This insurance company is very timely, great communication, and covers a lot! I wish my insurance was as good as PetsBest. The explanation of benefits is easy to understand. Making a claim is a breeze. My dog got E. coli, then had a reaction to the antibiotics, all of which was a $2400 ordeal, but with PetsBest insurance, we only paid $400 of that bill. Well worth it!
