Was easy to navigate and fill out but modifying info was a bit of a chore. Partly my fault for putting in a test start date just to see the quote in the first place. Thought the quote would be just a quote then fill in the start and what not. Either way glad I made the switch.

Great insurance for my French bulldog.
I needed to file a claim for my French Bulldog Gracie. I had read the reviews and feel that they were dismal. I turned in Gracie's history and the current surgery she needed which was tumor removal in her gums and a few other "frenchie" items. I was reimbursed approximately 66% of the vet bill. I signed her up for emergency and accident insurance only. I felt that the reimbursement was completely fair. I had no problems with reimbursement and just received my check today - thus the review. I would rate Spot pet insurance a 5/5. I felt that they were fair and I received the judgement and payment relatively quickly. I have no complaints! Thank you for your help and assitance.

CHEAP INSURANCE FOR CHEAP CUSTOMER SERVICES !!
You may pay cheap for Sonnet insurance compared to bigger power houses like Desjardins Assurance but rest assured that quality service is not included in the cheaper insurance price, hence to low fees. Had the most unprofessional and unqualified insurance experiences trying to fill a claim. Very disappointing, I DO NOT RECOMMEND SONNET INSURANCE TO ANYONE WHO VALUES PEACE OF MIND !! I learnt my lesson so you don't have to . Pay more with DESJARDINS INSURANCE and sleep well at night knowing you have qualified insurance agents ready to help, NOT LIKE AT SONNET. Mostly OK
Most everything was fine except that it wasn't clear what my new TOTAL would be when I added the second pet. It would have been much better if it was clear how much each pet costs to insure. The only other thing I'd like to see would be a side by side of things like separate coverage pools versus combined coverage pools and their rates.

Very easy to renew plans
Easy to sign up and renew. Having this offered benefit is nice to have and to have it payroll deducted is nice so you don't have to worry about paying an extra bill each month
