Good service
The service is great. I just don't know anyone who can afford monthly fees so not likely to recommend.

Worth it if you can afford.
Amazing experience with actual live people who genuinely care about your pet. Everything was done promptly and everyone was polite and attentive to my questions/ concerns. Unfortunately, the cost may be too much to handle for me to continue after the month. Hence, I canât give a full 10.

Life Saver
Healthy paws has provided me the financial means to pursue treatment for my four legged boy that I would not have without them. I purchased Healthy Paws insurance years ago specifically for times like now where I never wanted money to be why I couldn't care for my dog. I can't recommend enough. Very simple claims process as well.

New addition
I recently added my new puppy to MetLife and as it was before very easy to enroll. Affordable and very easy to submit claims.
Review
I love being part of the trupanion family. We are utilizing the insurance now that Zeus is Older and starting to need it. That being said your reimbursement process is good but it's disheartening that I've now paid over 20,000 dollars to trupanion through the life of my pet and you keep raising my rates to the effect of 30 dollars this coming July. The economy effects everyone including business but customer loyalty should have some weight on decisions to raise rates on a person who's pet is going through cancer or another life threatening illness. The automated age to breed metrics currently being used seems hartless.
