The customer care service was responsive through email and was very clear about what I need to submit for the claim. The processing was fast and no hassle. It's worth every penny. It gave me peace of mind knowing that my dog can get the best veterinary care without me worrying about the costs.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. Representatives were rude and impatient, unwilling to answer basic questions, and refused to email quotes. No one could explain the significant and unreasonable increase in premiums, and I was not allowed to speak with a supervisor. Very disappointing experience and a serious lack of transparency. I really hope that management addresses all the issues publicly.

The company sells itself on paying 90% after the deductible and this is just false, lots of things that are exempt… false advertising and the premiums are way too much for these types of shenanigans

Unexpected tooth need pulled which as usual comes at a bad time of year ( never a good time anyway) and costly. Pumpkin paid within days of sending claim. We knew the evening of filing claim what was going to be paid.

Every claim denied after paying for top tier plan
DO NOT use Pets Best for your pet. They have denied every single claim we’ve submitted over the past three years and we are paying for the highest coverage. Complete waste of money and horrible support. I can’t even cancel my policy without speaking to them on the phone, but no one answers after sitting on hold for hours.

Claim was paid within one week!
I had a very expensive surgery for my dog that cost $2400. I submitted the claim the next day and my claim was paid before my dog had her 1-week post-op follow up appt. The process was easy and fast!
