I love that you stick to your client's policy, and seamlessly provide "approval" with proper documentation, and no stress to your clients. This is very important to me. When our pets are in need of attention, its nice to know that we can count on our insurance to do their part. Thank you!

I must admit this has more to do with the people when I call with questions They are always extremely helpful and the fact that they can understand and speak English it makes the whole conversation flow that much easier. As far as the insurance. I hate that it is 3x what it was when we first got it. Especially when we were promised it would not increase. My health care doesnt increase as much as this does. But overall happy to have the insurance and that you pay the claims in a very timely manner. Most helpful.

Absolutely a phenomenal experience from start to finish. We had to put King down due to complications. Friendly and caring people that aren’t pushy and make you feel that they know the pain that you are going through. I just took out a new policy for our new puppy. I would never have another pet without protecting them with Trupanion.

Extremely helpful
She was extremely helpful in identifying why my monthly rate went from $73 to $144. It's the huge increase that was a shock I was not happy about interacting over! I now have the lowest monthly payment possible of $59 with a $1000 deductible. I'm going to look closer at what others are offering. My interactions with Trupanion have always been great.

like knowing I have the insurance when and if needed.
havent really had to make a great claim for my dogs but like knowing I have the insurance when and if needed. Very pleasant when called, knowledgeable and helpful . great that they have direct billing ! .I have 4 Chihuahuas on Trupanion ,so if have a claim I hope all goes smoothly .I do feel reassured having Trupanion .

Ive never had pet insurance before -
Ive never had pet insurance before - never thought I would need it, but boy am I glad I have it now! My dogs abdominal surgery and testing would have cost close to $5000. I didnt have to think about it when the veterinarian asked if I wanted to go ahead with the surgery. Thank you Trupanion!
