Embrace came through
Embrace came through when I needed them for my mini aussie Taz dental care. My gorgeous sweet mini Aussie Taz broke his molar possibly on an acorn. The dental vet specialists tried to save the tooth but in the end they needed to extract it and place a bone graft. This was quite an expense. I have Embrace insurance as well as well care and after I reached my deductible, Embrace came through and paid 80% and really help me afford the excellent care Taz received. I am committed to Taz health and having Embrace helps me to achieve that goal. Their great! Best insurance company for animals ever. They come through and do what they say with being highly communicative.

TPLO SURGERY
Buying pet insurance is scary especially after reading reviews but we cannot be more pleased. Our last dog cost us $15,000 and we just couldn't afford that again so we figured something was better than nothing . Based on our circumstances we choose the max of $15,000 at 80% with a $1000 deductible. We rescued 2 Boxers so both are covered. Our female somehow injured herself and after many vet visits surgery for over $3200 !! COVERED ! Thank You from the bottom of our hearts 💖

Fast service and excellent customer service
I have a $200 deductible policy. I submitted my claim on their web site, easy, fast, only requires a copy of the paid invoice from the vet. Within 7 days the cost, minus the deductible, was automatically deposited to my bank account. This company has great customer service, reasonably priced policies with a good choice of different policy offers. Payment of the claim was made quickly and efficiently. Their policies are well spelled out as to what is covered and what is not depending on your choice and depending on preexisting conditions. I have had two previous companies for my three dogs and one cat. . Pets Best is faster with reimbursement and has better customer service, better policy options.

Hands down the best pet insurance on the market.
I looked at many pet plans before selecting Embrace. I have had it a little over a year and am more than pleased. The price is very reasonable, claims are completed promptly and I have the peace of mind that my Molly has financial help if she ever needs it. The wellness portion is a wonderful addition to the policy and makes her every day care more affordable. I don't normally write reviews but decided to this time just to let people who are shopping for a plan that this is definitely one to consider.

Highly satisfied customer
Our golden doodle is now 2 .5 years old. She has had Pets Best since the day we got her, which is approx. 3 months of age. Never being a dog owner combined with her being a mixed breed made me a bit concerned about potential health issues - I just did not know what to expect. Our dog has had numerous health issues resulting in not only a torturous experience for our dog, but also became a financial burden. Getting pets best was probably the best (no pun intended) choice we made. The customer service is exceptional - any person you speak to is just so willing to help. They are all well versed and knowledgeable. Most important part - they follow thru with what they say. Over this past year, I have referred many friends and family to Pets Best. They are truly the BEST!!
