Tried multiple Insurance Companies: Found the pearl of the clam bed!
If you've shopped, tried and been disappointed previously, check out this company! Went through Petplan, VPI and Nationwide with a chronically allergic calamity prone fur child. 1.5 yrs = broken nails w infections, dog bites, abscesses, ER visits, atopic dermatitis, puncture wounds, lameness & finally dx of elbow dysplasia. X Rays for that dx were fully reimbursed and the policy paid for itself just from that one $600 bill. I pay $53 per month. EVERY claim, EVERY time, submitted in 5 min online, fully paid per policy terms, w/in 7 days. SIMPLE, SAFE & HONORABLE COVERAGE.

Typical insurers pretending to love pets
I have two dogs insured with Embrace - my puppy, Cooper and my older dog, Vito. Both have had claims that were denied. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is less expensive to just pay vet bills (including emergencies) than to pay for this insurance PLUS vet bills, because they don't agree to cover anything. They are a typical insurance company - deny any claims they possibly can to save a penny.

We have been SUPER happy with Healthy Paws. They have approved all reimbursements that fall within our policy's guidelines. They even emailed to check in on how our dog was doing after his surgery! Quick payments, wonderful customer service. Totally worth it.

Trupanion has been very good to us, they even put up with my late payments, still trying to get used to living on 2 payments a month being retired! Thanks everyone, we love our 4 legged "Kid" and you are there when she needs medical help! Thanks linda & eddie and madam sophie too... Of course!
