I never expected the increase in premium from puppy to 1 yr old with full coverage. Not leaving Nationwide however, a 20% increase is ridiculous.

Nationwide allows me to care for my pet's medical needs and stay on budget.
My cat had an initial bladder issue and a couple of repeat flare-ups. His condition was urgent. Having Nationwide Pet Insurance gives me peace of mind that will be able to care or his medical needs, and allows me to stay on budget through monthly premiums and an annual deductible. There are no surprises. Nationwide also makes it fast and easy to submit claims. I wish I had enrolled my pets with Nationwide sooner! Thank you Nationwide!

Trupanion paid my claims almost as soon as I filed them
Without trupanion I would have had a very difficult time caring for my little Lily who had to have her spleen removed and needs follow up care every month. Trupanion paid my claims almost as soon as I filed and there were absolutely no hassles. I recommend them to all my friends with pets. So surprising that more people Don't know about medical insurance for pets. It's really important and even more so for older pets who, like people, have more health issues.

thankful to have the coverage
When my kitty Leia refused to eat for a couple of days, we were extremely worried that something was terribly wrong (she usually is the one we have to stop from OVEReating). Trupanion processed our claims quickly and with very little effort on our part since all we had to do was submit our invoices online. We know how quickly the cost of blood work, x-rays and procedures can quickly add up but the one thing we did not have to worry about was the cost of her treatment getting out of control. Once we met our deductible, all tests/treatments were 90 covered. We are happy to say that she is now back to normal and are thankful to have coverage that just lets us concentrate on getting the best care for our furry babies whenever they are sick.
