Just what you hope pet insurance will be like
Embrace has great customer service and that is why I chose them over other pet insurances 3 years ago. I checked other reviews and not just the price (although all were around the same). In the past year, I have had to rely on Embrace for one of my two dogs. Knowing he needed the treatment was stress free financially because Embrace was there and I could focus on getting my pup, Jackson, healthy. Making claims online has been so easy and they are quick to review and respond to the claims. Embrace has been just what I wanted pet insurance to be when I decided to get it years ago. The wellness program is awesome. Since it is covered 100% you are essentially just spreading out the expense of yearly shots and preventative medicine over 12 months. A great pet insurance!

Very good Pet Insurance
My dogs have had Pet Insurance with 4 difference companies. Embrace had been my favorite Pet Insurance Company. They review claims with a couple week, direct deposit reimbursement. There have been few surprises. It is expensive Insurance, but I have been glad to have it.

Simply the Best
Having had a previous insurance many years ago who did pay but slowly but they only allowed Ltd amounts for each category even though I paid for max coverage , and in a disaster that is simply not enough . To now how unltd coverage on all 4 of my dogs and 2 are over 10 now , is a wonderful thing , it is there for the big issues like insuring your car and hoping you never need it . The odd claim I have made was acknowledged and paid in less than a week . I do this to make sure I would always have Med help for the parts of my family that cannot go to a reg hospital they are just as deserving and loved just as much . Trupanion has been wonderful on every call , always concerned and thinking someone cares about what you care about is a good feeling . Yes isn’t cheap but can you put a price on a life NO .

So far so good!
We decided to insure our 7 year old pup after we a lot of consideration on weather we'd actually use it for the price and boy am I glad we did. In February he tore his cruciate ligament and we were happy that it was covered. We just recently added our 5 year old baby girl too since we are so happy with the coverage. Its a peace of mind I am very happy to have.

Best Service Ever!
My employer began offering Nationwide's Pet insurance this year. I find the service to be outstanding, the value to be great, and the price is reasonable. We have two dogs and our return on investment (ROI) has been met! It allows me to take them to the vet when they need to, not just when I can afford to. I a better parent to my fur babies as a result. Thank you.

The service I receive from Trupanion is always top notch however I do feel that the insurance pricing is a little steep.
The service I receive from Trupanion is always top notch, however, I do feel that the insurance pricing is a little steep. I have 2 pups insured and it was climbing pretty high for monthly payments! The pups are only aged 3 and 4 (nearly) and it was 87.00 for one and 78.00 for the other as the deductibles were quit low (one was 100 the other was 150).

I feel the premiums are to high along wirh the deductible.
I feel the premiums are to high along wirh the deductible. So far this has been a total waste of money for me. My dog gets mass cell tumors and you categorize those as a different condition each time therefore I never met my deductible

I had a very sad experience last year with my cat.
I had a very sad experience last year with my cat. Unfortunately, she was put to sleep. Through the illness, Trupanion made my misery easier by quickly paying very expensive vet bills. I'm happy to say that I have a new kitten now. One of the first things I did was sign her up for Trupanion insurance.
