Wonderful service provided by ASPCA
I can not say enough wonderful things about ASPCA pet insurance! They are reliable and professional, all claims are handled efficiently and I am reimbursed quickly! They have covered all expenses my poor little lilly has incurred during her illness (which has been a lot!) They even go out of their way to follow up and make sure medications are working, etc. I would highly recommend ASPCA to anyone with pets! It's worth every penny to have your pets insured

Not happy
My claim should have been at least 879.70. Trupanion only paid 307.19. I should have received 521.73. NOT HAPPY. Also THE PAYMENT CONTINUE TO INCREASE. I read it to say that the cost would depend on the age of the dog when I took out the policy. Maybe a six is to high.

Best insurance, best people!
I researched the heck out of pet insurance companies and landed on Healthy Paws. They have great rates, low deductibles and unlike some carriers they do not outright exclude hereditary conditions (how are you supposed to know if your cute puppy is going to have bad hips one day?) I have owned previous pets with exensive, unexpected medical bills an insisted to my partner we get medical insurance out of the gate for our new rescue puppy. He was skeptical until we received our 1st emergency vet bill after our puppy did something ridiculous like puppies do. THAT changed his tune! I recommend Healthy Paws to friends, clients and even our vet. Not only is it a great insurance policy, they are great pet-loving folks. Even after a claim was closed they emailed to check in on our dog. Even when our dog ATE part of the reimbursement check and they had to send another. Ha!

I am currently very happy with our purchased pet insurance. So far we have only had to claim vet care puppy visits, but it has turned out to be so worth it. Just the peace of mind that it creates when needing to visit a pet clinic or hospital helps make the decision to do so easy and guilt free.

Nationwide is fantastic

Amazing
I got pet insurance because it was actually a really good deal compared to a lot of others but not really thinking I was going to need it. Well!!! My golden retriever was attacked by an aggressive dog one day and those bills added up quick. Thankfully I was able to get my pup the care he needed without the added stress of figuring out where the money was going to come from. I submitted invoices as he got treatment and I was refunded without any hassle. Honestly this was a wallet saver!

Always willing to listen.
Kenya has a chronic condition. She has her good days and bad days.. She takes a lot of medications and special food. We feel we are blessed to have her covered under your pet insurance... We don't know what we would do without your help with her bills... It allows us to be able to pay for some of her other visits and routine appointments and medications. When I call I am always treated with respect and great customer service.. That is a welcome relief. Much appreciated.
