They raised their rates considerably and only let us know through email
We tried to be financially responsible by having pet insurance but when they secretly raised their rates considerably, it wasn’t worth the money. We’ll just save on our own in case something happens to our dogs. They emailed to let us know rates were going up and it went to junk mail. It seems like shady shit to me.

Easy, convenient service with great coverage
Our golden, Duke, has had a very healthy life. He recently was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor. I purchased health insurance for him when he was little because I never wanted to have to decide between the best care or his life in a serious situation. Embrace covered all his costs and we were responsible for our portion + his deductible, saving us approximately $3,500. It was such a relief! I put the claims in and they were approved and paid within 3 weeks of service. We recommend Embrace to all our family and friends, most of whom have switched their pet insurance or purchased it for the first time because of the good experience we have had! Thank you!

Best Pet Insurance in the world!
Lady is 8 months old and fractured her knee. We got her at 4 months and Healthy Paws was recommended to us. We didn’t even know there was pet insurance companies out there. We almost did not buy a policy. But for only $36 per month we decided to go ahead and sign up with Healthy Paws and it was the best decision I ever made. Her surgery and care came to 4K and Healthy Paws covered 90% according to the policy we purchased. But here is the most amassing part; their communication with me was unbelievable. Every question I had was answered over the phone or email. Their response time was next day by email and they actually answered the phone when I called. I have told all our friends and co-workers who have pets about Healthy Paws Insurance. One more thing. The people who answer the phones are sympathetic and understanding. They realize your pet is family.

High premiums and no coverage
I've been with Pets Best for many years, in the earlier years when I really didn't need insurance I thought they were great, however as my dogs are getting older the premiums keep rising and they cover a lot less. I am very disappointed and on top of it, they are now too old and have prior issues to change coverage. Wouldn't recommend.
