Good customer service
Because of your customer service representative Sam. She convinced me to stay with Trupanion. I was not pleased with Trupanion policy to increase my plan by 28% YOY cost. It is way out of the ordinary to get such a large increase.

Surprisingly easy to submit a claim. My vet won't accept direct billing which is disappointing. My deductible is high enough that most invoices aren't covered anyway.
