Easy claim processing and best customer service!
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance was recommended by a friend and we weren't sure if it was worth it but decided to give it a try. It was the best decision we could have made. Our dog was young and healthy when we signed up but now that he is older he had to have some surgeries and we never had to debate if we should have the surgery because of the cost, thanks to Healthy Paws. The claims process is very easy to follow, the payments are prompt and the staff is extremely friendly and caring. We signed up several years ago and have absolutely no regrets. We highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! Amazing customer service.

I am so glad I purchased this insurance when she was a puppy. It has been very worth while for us, since we have an XL breed of dog, the vet bills can pile up VERY quickly. A percentage of ALL care is covered with the plan we have, the vet files the claim for me and all seems pretty smooth so far. So Grateful to have it!

Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed to learn that my premiums have and will be increasing when up for renewal. With no explanation as to why this is happening. I have recently recommended Nationwide to friends who recently got two new puppies only to learn that they are paying significantly less than what I have been paying over the past three years. I have been forced to find insurance elsewhere with another carrier for one of my dogs because I simply cannot afford the drastic increase you have implemented on my policy for him and knowing there are two more coming for my other two dogs. Based on what? I can understand a slight increase but the increase you have made is far out of line for our budget and we will not be able to continue with you for the future when these premiums go up. It is so disappointing, especially when we have been loyal to Nationwide for over three years and you are giving out new policies to others for far less. It's a slap in the face to us that have been with you.

Saved Romeo El Perrito's life!
Nationwide Pet really is on your side! I've tried lots of insurance for Romeo El Perrito and they ALL said No. No. No. No. Nationwide was all yes. The hands down BEST real insurance for your furry family! My baby boy recently fell and hurt his head real bad, he had a seizure and almost died, he got the most advanced care possible and is now ok. 🙏 they even cover medicine his prescription food and wellness visits. Worth every penny! So proud of this wonderful American company.

My Max is very naughty and eats a million things he should not. He frequently needs to go to the vet and stay overnight in the sog ICU for observation, fluids, meds. I have had Healthy Paws for 4 years and they have covered every procedure and medication my vet has recommended. I am so grateful for them. The app makes submitting a claim incredibly easy and ayment is fast.

Nationwide Pet Insurance is worth the money
I had been soured on Pet insurance from experiences with another provider. Just paying too much with near impossible standards to get paid on a claim. Then Nationwide came into the picture when we got a new puppy earlier this year. The Wellness package is amazing. Once you hit your deductible - 90% of nearly anything you can think of is covered including spay/neuter, etc. Filing claims is literally as easy as snapping a photo of the bill. And payouts are very quick as well. Overall very satisfied with Nationwide Pet Insurance! Would recommend.

So far, the expenses have not been covered on our first claim. I understand we have a deductible, but there was no reference if this is to be counted toward our deductible for future claims on this condition.

Good customer service
Because of your customer service representative Sam. She convinced me to stay with Trupanion. I was not pleased with Trupanion policy to increase my plan by 28% YOY cost. It is way out of the ordinary to get such a large increase.
