I was a bit skeptical about pet insurance, but the Nationwide coverage is fabulous. The customer service staff responds quickly to questions, the claims are reviewed and paid promptly. This is the best value for money spent I have experienced. I am really pleased.

Great customer service, easy to understand plans to suit everyone's budget, a must I feel to help defray costs of owning a pet. First time pet insurance purchase, owned pets all my life, should of had AKC for each one of them. Very satisfied with my AKC plan choice.

Black Lab Epilepsy Meds
Trupanion is always very responsive, very professional and great in providing us with 90% coverage on our pills/medication for our Black Lab's epilepsy/seizures. They are a God send! We wouldn't be able to afford his meds if we didn't have Trupanion.

Peace of mind
Trupanion is fast and efficient when it came to reimburse my claim. They were no surprises when it came to paying the 90% of the vet fee. Our dog was diagnosed with a torn ligament and everything was paid for x-ray, medication, surgery, etc. I am so happy!

Great Experience
Prior to purchasing my policy, I read the coverages. As a result, I understood what was covered and what was not. I needed a policy to cover accidents and unexpected illness. I also wanted reasonably quick resolution if/when I filed a claim. I have not been disappointed and would comfortably recommend Figo.
