Could not be happier

Trupanion has been great!
I'm glad I have had Trupanion since puppyhood! Although the dog is healthy, he has had issues with allergies that has required treatment and medication. Trupanion has helped pay those costs. I am in the insurance business and wish that my own medical insurance was as good.

Easy Claims Process - Price is High
The claims process is great. It is very easy to file a claim. I love that about this company. However, the cost of my insurance continues to go up every year and is it becoming very expensive. I even have a high deductible.

Haven't needed to file a claim yet. Am not sure paying insurance for years is worth it. Have been told you don't pay something tricky, something about two times for the same thing or what. Don't trust insurance.

1st Time claim
It was our first claim and putting it in on line was very convenient and efficient. And the pay back was quite fast for a first time claim. Well worth the investment for a policy.
