Having pet insurance has saved us from having to make the decision between pet healthcare and groceries.
When a unexpected injury or illness happens with a pet it can get spendy quickly. Having our policy helped us with end of life care for one dog, and health maintenance on our other dogs. With pet insurance we feel more flexibility to bring the dog to the vet for little things before they become big things.

Super easy claim process made a costly decision an easy choice.
My dog is a 9 year old who we got when she was 5. Not knowing what kind of veterinary care she had before us and having previous dogs with major medical issues, we felt adamant about getting a whole pet policy for peace of mind. Lucky for us she had no issues... until we took her for her 9 year checkup. We were told she had to have 2 teeth extracted and possibly more. When they did the x-ray, it turned out she would need 23 teeth extracted! I was extremely concerned about this because of the severity of her periodontal disease. I had no idea it was that bad! I submitted my claim (for a LOT of money) and was reimbursed within 2 days of submission. Milly recovered really fast, and I could tell that she feels so much better now that she is healthier. I am extremely grateful that I had the pet insurance to be able to say sure, pull half her teeth. I know because of it, I am assured that I can make the best decisions for my pet's health regardless of cost.

Nationwide comes thru in time of need
Nationwide gives us a peace of mind that anything that may come up with our dog Blu they will be there to help make sure he gets the treatment he would need. They have been faithful in keeping with covering the 90% in any treatment Blu has needed including emergency surgery!

So was skeptical about getting insurance for my puppy but knew I had too. I got her the best package y'all offer and I am more then please as of now. Y'all covered majority of her visit which I didn't think would happen. Been recommending y'all to other dog owners I know cause to me this is the best purchase I've made for my pup!
