I previously used Nationwide. You are sooooo much faster. I have had claims from them that took 90 days. I just wish it would have covered more of the spay cost. If other claims pay only 35-40 percent I will have to cancel as it just won't pay.

Service was fine, but didn't cover much.
The overall claim process was not bad. But getting 60 back from a 500 bill is disappointing. What's the point of insurance if you pay for the illness and insurance. So it would be hard to recommend this to anyone.
