Exceptional service but premiums doubled
Once again Trupanion responds quickly and without any hassle for our pup's ongoing condition. However I cannot give a full 10 because I am finding the premiums have sky rocketed since we began. We started when our puppy was 3 months old. She is now 8 and the cost is now very high.

Thankful for healthy paws
I am so thankful to have found healthy paws and that I signed up when I did. After months of diagnostic tests, surgery, and physical therapy it was reassuring to know that all of it would be covered. All I had to stress about was getting my pup feeling better, not the cost. In the past I had pet insurance through a company that often fought me on what should be covered or only covered low percentages leaving me questioning the treatment my animals need. With healthy paws they receive all the care they need because I am confident that healthy paws has our back. Submitting a claim takes less than a minute and I receive my reimbursement very quickly. Healthy paws also reaches out to see how my animals are doing, showing they really care. I can not recommend a company more, the monthly payment is so affordable and worth every penny.

I use to rave about Trupanion
I use to rave about trupanion to all my family, friends and coworkers. I can't say that anymore . I don't appreciate that the monthly premium went up after one year. And I don't agree that they don't cover the pill zylkene. They said they don't cover it.

Rising costs
I am having difficulty paying the monthly charge for two dogs. The price has doubled over the past few years. I have not complained before but now I may have to give up my pets with the insurance fees going up up.

Great Customer Service
I am very fortunate to have this insurance coverage for my Belle. This recent emergent condition scared me so bad, so having the insurance was a blessing and calming factor during all of this. Great turn around time on the reimbursement was also very impressive. Easy/simple claim form was a plus too. I truly appreciated the follow up call from Shelly this week checking on Belle and checking on my satisfaction. Thank you so much for making my life less stressful when it comes to my dogs health.
