GREAT SERVICE, COVERAGE AS EXPECTED, FAST REIMBURSEMENT
After our check-up with Sandy in February, we decided to purchase pet insurance. In June, our dog required surgery to remove two stones in her bladder. Although we only had insurance for two months or so, the plan provided us more than 50% of our vet bills (they don't pay taxes, we have a deductible, and a co-insurance of 10%). We were so pleased we had decided to get insurance for Sandy, as at some time in the future she'll likely require something that perhaps we couldn't afford. A little payment each month is so much easier than $2, 3 or 5,000 in the future. Thank you Trupanion.

I have never been more pleased with a company.
We were skeptical at first about getting pet insurance. I have had friends that fight for months to get money back on claims. With Nation Wide we get our claims processed so quickly. I think our last check took 2 or 3 weeks and we got hundreds back. Every claim is so easy to fill out, fax in or submit online. you get an email in a day or 2 stating they received your claim. Next thing you know you get your 90% back after your deductible is met. They break it down in such a way anyone can understand and read the explanations. I have never had one issue with this company. Awesome job you guys! I just signed up for another year. I sleep better knowing my dog is protected in case of emergencies and also for regular vet check ups. I wish I could find a human insurance company this efficient!

ASPCA Pet Insurance cares about your pet
I've been with ASPCA Pet Insurance for more than five years and have not been disappointed with them yet. They process claims in a timely manner and provide an explanation of benefits with each claim so the policy holder can see and understand the breakdown. Pricing is competitive. I've been so satisfied that i even added a second furbaby to my policy.

Easy peasy
It's so easy to send in a claim and payment is made so fast. Our plan is extremely affordable in a cover so much and since we have a very active and curious PUP having this insurance has come in quite handy.

Jury still out
I can't fully assess my experience as I'm new to Trupanion. Will have to see once my deductible is met what sort of response I get. I know monthly premiums are higher than the company through which I have my other 4 pets and that must be weighed against benefits.

Easy and Timely
The premiums are pretty high, and I am not always sure that it's worth it. I now make enough money that I can basically self-insure, but claims are very easy and timely.

Is Trupanion worth the monthly cost?
Although the monthly payments can cause you to think it is not worth it. I tell my friends that monthly prescriptions and/or a sudden illness , surgery or unexpected vet bills allows you to do all of the above without the worry of not having the money.

We have been paying for 2 policy's for 6 years without ever using the insurance plans.
We have been paying for 2 policy's for 6 years without ever using the insurance plans. We are paying $129.00 a month and never used our plans. We tried on two occasions, and were turned down because we were told we didn't reach the deductible.
