PPU is there when you need them most!!!
If you have a pet, sign up with PPU. We insure our cars and homes and kids, we should insure our pets who are also family, PPU has an easy process and customer service is second to none. When you need to help your pet, they are there and fair. Everything when I needed it, was there. We recently loss our precious Pesca on Oct 29th, 2019, and they even covered most of the costs associated to that, which helped a lot. They also care enough to send a card with condolences. I hope you never need to use it, but when you do, it ends up making up for the monthly cost. They also have very fair plans for all salaries. They also honour Costco members for discounts. Saved me a good amount!!

Best Insurance Company for your Vet Needs
Great Company. Has my dog's back from nose to tail. Easy to apply for reimbursement. If you have a pet you need insurance, just like people. Nationwide's Insurance is very affordable and really covers a lot for the cost. I have Nationwide on both of my cockers and wouldn't be without it.

Takes a bite out of pet care
Quick and easy claim. Submitted yesterday approved today. My vet swears by your service and glad she recommended us to you. Even better, I get a discount through USAA. We also have a young female lab on Embrace insurance as well. We save $500 a year on both pets medical care costs. Thanks.

100% worth it. Saved me thousands of dollars and the pain of making expensive decisions about my fur-baby
I did tons of research before deciding on Embrace, and I'm so glad I went with it because I've had no hiccups during the claims process - they covered everything I expected them to. I had no idea I would need the insurance so badly, but my cat ended up having a lot of major, unexpected and unexplained health issues only a few months after starting my policy. She even had to be hospitalized at one point. She's doing fine now, but I had to spend over $4k on vet bills for her this past year. Embrace made the process fairly easy, and again, my claims were accepted. I do recommend getting the RX coverage; it's not that much more, and medications definitely start to add up. I only have two complaints...one is that the cost did increase a decent amount in the new plan year, a bit more than I expected. But I'll still stay with them after they saved me thousands this past year. The second issue is more minor - they had a "vet tech" type consulting service you could call to help get input on a health issue and whether it seemed important to take your pet in. They took away this feature but are supposedly seeking a new replacement service. I did find the service helpful the one time I used it. But the insurance is the most important part...and they did deliver as promised. I'm happy, my kitty is happy, and my bank account is reasonably happy.

Economic value questionable
I am paying too much for the return on my insurance. I would be better to start a bank account with the monthly premium

The claims process itself was fine.
The claims process itself was fine. However, I feel that if an animal is sick, the consultation should be covered. I ended up getting no reimbursement for my cat's illness. The premiums go up all the time and on the odd occasion that I submit a claim, I don't get anything back.

Fees
Always great service! My only concern is how much my premium keep climbing even though I have had my dog insured continuously with you since she was a pup, then I have to pay a deductible and only get 90%. My premium has increased from $25 a month to almost $90, and in the case of an emergency I do not feel the vet visit should not be covered as it is not a "regular" visit but an emergency, which should be covered as part of the claim. I can understand a regular visit for a normal routine checkups not being covered but an "emergency" visit should be covered. Thank you!

Daniel explained the deductible to me which I hadn't previously understood it is by condition across the animal's lifetime.
Daniel explained the deductible to me which I hadn't previously understood it is by condition across the animal's lifetime. This makes the insurance much better value.
