I feel very good about my policy

Dependable

Quick with turnaround time for payment online

While I do appreciate the quick turnaround time on payment of claims, I feel that the premiums are too high, but at the same time, I am glad that I have the insurance when I need it.

Super Easy and Quick Reimbursements

Nationwide Pet insurance has been great for my cat and I. It is very easy to submit claims online, and reimbursements are very quick. I give all required info to them and they have never questioned any of my claims. It is so nice to be able to take my cat to the vet and not worry about cost. This year alone I have had over $1,400 in vet bills and Nationwide has reimbursed around $1100. (I have a $250 deductible and they pay 90% after that.)

My Girl's Insurance

I have had Gracie covered since she was a baby and have had two major medical issues during her life. Although not 100% of everything has been covered, it has been a blessing to have insurance to assist in the hit we took financially to get her better. She will never be exactly the same but CLOSE! With the help of Nationwide it has been easier to deal with. Thank you!!

I could focus on getting him better, not worrying about how I was going to afford it.

I can't stop singing the praise of Nationwide Pet Insurance to all of my pet parent friends! This has been a rrruff year! Dental cleaning in February, followed by a blown knee in March that resulted in TPLO surgery and then an unusual, scary looking growth under his armpit in July that was removed and biopsied (thankfully it came back benign). Every time someone asks me how I can afford pet insurance, I reply, "how can I not?". Even with the increase of premiums this year, I will continue with the coverage I have had because it really, REALLY allows me to focus on making sure he is healthy and happy! Thank you again!

Great customer service

Nationwide has been a wonderful insurance company. Our puppy has had medical emergencies on top of the regular, normal puppy exams and vaccinations. It is very easy to file a claim and within a few days it is usually processed. They even reimburse directly into my bank account! Thank you Nationwide
