Great customer service!
Looking into pet insurance is extremely overwhelming and I was not eager to do it, however, with the friendly assistance of Lauren M. I was not only well informed about how it works but inspired to sign up and get my aunt on board to do the same. She made the process easy and the concept simple enough for a first time user of pet insurance. She was also delightful to talk to and made my experience feel more personal and significant. Upon comparing other companies, the rates are competitive and I feel extremely satisfied going with Fetch!

Can't Cancel/Stop Auto-renew?!?
I can not believe this company does not have a way to turn off the auto-renew of the policy. You have to call the day before and actually CANCEL the policy to prevent them from charging your card again. They are higher than most of the other companies. I've done the comparisons and will be going to another company. This was my first time having pet insurance. I did have to file 1 claim. Once the vet sent the information in, then I was able to get the reimbursement.

Nadine is a treasure to your compsny…
Nadine took time to answer and explain my questions and the terms of my policy and worked hard to get me the perfect coverage for our dog Remington. She shared her knowledge that was understandable and that I did not find in my previous course to Pet insurance company inquiries. Fetch Pet insurance is not the most cost efficient, but she found every possible way to fit in our budget and receive everything we need for our boy. Remington is a pound dog with 15 minutes to live. We yanked him out of the euthanasia room..literally! He deserves the best care possible. I don’t know anything about Remi’s life before, but I know that he will be well taken care of and loved, and with all the help that Nadine gave us, his medical needs will be taken care of as well. Nadine is a true treasure to the company of Fresh Pet.

Never have had pet insurance.I thought it was going be complicated! I'm so thankful. I have pumpkin from my two maincoons. So far, it has been a wonderful experience for all their wellness plan since they are young. Very professional when needing to talk to a representative, very helpful informative. Submitting invoices very user friendly so far, so good, I am very satisfied!♡♡

Worst pet insurance ever ...by far
I switch to this company because Nationwide was getting more expensive. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE. This company treated you like your worst enemy when you file a claim. On top of that asked for records, when in 10 years with Nationwide (previous pet) they paid without records and received a detailing explanation of benefits for the deductions. Please do not buy this insurance, in my opinion, based on my personal experience, is the worse in the market. They will gladly take your money for premiums, but as soon you file a claim, you will find out I am correct. Went back to Nationwide.
