I am so grateful for Hartville Pet Insurance and its dedication to making my pet and I feel like valued customers.
I am very satisfied with Hartville Pet Insurance. Having them has been a life savor for us as our dog suffered a torn ACL and a torn meniscus in the past year. We're also happy with the way the company treats its customers. Employees follow up with us to check on Byron and make sure we have what we need. I definitely recommend Hartville to others, it will save you money when accidents happen!

Prompt and efficient customer service
Have 2 Golden Retrievers insured with Healthy Paws for more than 5 years. Theirs premium are quite a bit less than other companies we have researched. Multiple claims have been handled promptly and mostly without question. Claims process is very convenient and easy. Direct deposit of payments helps speed up the process. Recently one of our dogs required major orthopedic surgery. Over $11,000 and Healthy Paws was there for us. That kind of peace of mind is why we have pet insurance.

I have a very active young dog (puppy still at 3 yrs.) who has been insured with Nationwide from day one. She has required many visits to the vet for normal stuff, but also because of her curious and active nature, very "un-normal" stuff. You have covered everything quickly and without question. The insurance is getting more expensive, but she seems to be an expensive dog, so still well worth it. It is hard, no impossible, to put a price on "peace of mind" knowing your puppy is well covered a therefore well taken care off. Thank you Nationwide for being on Bailey's side!

Increase of rate is way out of line.
I appreciate the excellent insurance policy I purchased. However the increase is pretty outrageous. My rate went up about $45 a month more. My dog is just turning 3 years and has no illnesses. Because of this I don't think I would recommend to anyone.

Well-rounded, affordable coverage
Started using ASPCA pet insurance about a year ago. I have two cats, one is 2 years old and constantly has medical issues and the other is 1 year old and is very healthy. There is a discount for having multiple pets so I just put both of them on the same type of coverage ($250 deductible and covered for up to $5,000). I'm planning on switching the younger cat to the higher deductible plan though for this upcoming year. Overall, the online system is very easy to use, the customer service is great and really helpful. The insurance covers up to 90% of your cost after you've hit the deductible. I've saved hundreds of dollars by having this pet insurance. I shopped around for a while and they were the most affordable option I found but still include excellent coverage. The only reason I didn't give them a 10/10 rating is because it takes 2-3 weeks after submitting a claim to actually get reimbursed. If the turn around time on that was faster then I definitely would have given them the full 10/10 rating.

Pleased with Nationwide so far. Been insured for over a year and all claims have been paid including a necessary dental cleaning even though my little guy is only just 3 but will not eat dental cleaning treats of any kind. Have full coverage but worth it for the peace of mind. I am very satisfied with Nationwide.
