I ensure 6 dogs. Until just recently I've been pleased. But now I can only say--- 35 percent increase. Seriously!!!! Starts low,goes high. Way to ruin a day! Still better than some,but u won't stay that way doing that.

The BEST COMPANY EVER, and I mean EVER!
I NEVER write reviews, but the integrity of this company TRUPANION - I felt it necessary to sing their praises to the WORLD! All I can say is ...Why did I wait so long??? Hurry up and pick up the phone immediately to sign your furry kid up for pet insurance with TRUPANION! This company offers by far, the BEST PET INSURANCE AT THE BEST PRICES - BY FAR! They have never questioned a valid claim, pay unbelievably quick, and are TRULY concerned about your pets well being. I just wish they were around over the past 50 years to have covered the many thousands of dollars I have spent on our much loved furry members of our families. And the peace of mind knowing, you don’t have to make incredibly tough decisions, due to financial reasons anymore! Paying that premium monthly is the best investment I’ve EVER made and I will never own another rescue pet without making sure they have the best insurance plan available. Thank you TRUPANION from the bottom of my heart for TRULY caring about my Taffy and her well being, and always being there for us. I am forever grateful!

Good Coverage, cumbersome and long claim process
I'm comparing your claim process to previous insurance held. It's cumbersome to have to scan and then attach and email a copy of the claim form plus the vet receipt All the information is on the vet receipt/invoice for services rendered, so why the extra claim form? My previous provider simply had an APP for the phone, as soon as I logged in, all my pet's information was already there and I only had to take a photo of the Vet Invoice, attach it to email and send. No writing down why I went to the vet, what the symptoms were, etc. It's all on the Vet Invoice!! Plus it seems to take several weeks, at minimum, for the claim to be processed versus with my previous provider I always received a settlement within two weeks, often only one week. So why did I switch providers? Because they didn't offer as full a coverage as you do...albeit at a higher price. All in all, I'm satisfied with Nationwide AllPet coverage but it would seem you could design an App for Android/iPhone to streamline the claim service and only require a photo of the invoice...this could be sent directly from the Vet Office.

Questionable pet insurance. To have or not to have.
Generally please but feel you did not pay well on collins’ pancreatitis last year. Also. I felt you had originally said you would pay for heart worm meds. That is not true. You on,y fully pay for one and then maybe half for the second. Beginning to think I could just save the monthly fee and do better with costs.
