Nationwide Pet Insurance has never let me down when it comes to getting reimbursed.
I really do appreciate the fact that this insurance has never rejected a claim. I feel much more secure knowing that although the cost of coming out-of-pocket is initially overwhelming, it's comforting to know that Nationwide will reimburse some of that cost. Thank you so much for making it a little easier to take care of my petson, Oreo.

Not what it used to be
When I first got a policy for my dog, it cost me $41.00 a month to have a $250.00 deductible and 90% coverage. The last couple years price has gone up and the coverage has gone down. I just down graded to have 70% coverage and a $500 deductible to bring the bill down to $37.00 (I’ve never received a check because fortunately we haven’t had any major costs). Not two months late the same coverage now costs me $46 a month. I had to bring my dog to the ER the other day for the first time and I was hopeful I would finally be thankful for his insurance. Nope. It cost me $550. After my deductible of $500 and only getting covered 70% of $50 I’ll get a check for a whopping $35 check. I’ve easily spent $1000s Over the past 5 years. I wish i just put $40 a month into a separate account for my dog and will likely start doing that soon instead. At the least I will be searching for a better insurance company that doesn’t repeatedly increase in cost and cover less!

Extremely pleased with ASPCA pet insurance
This is the first time as being a dog owner that I purchased pet insurance for my two doggies. I reached out on social media to see what my friends used, and also used the internet to see reviews and compare prices. I did a lot of research before making a decision and am extremely pleased with this pet insurance. Submitting a claim is easy and it is always paid in a timely fashion. When I have called the company with questions I have reached someone with ease and my questions were answered on the first phone call.

Covered all claims quickly with no issues
I signed my dog up when he was 10.5 years old because he has a tendency to be accident prone. I signed him up in May and a few months later he developed some ongoing health problems. My claims have all been covered quickly and with no argument. I did a lot of research prior to picking Figo and I know several of the issues that have occurred would not have been covered by other insurance companies. I also LOVE that they pay exam fees! One weekend emergency exam fee was $250! I would (and have) recommended Figo to friends and colleagues

Peace of mind and amazing customer service from a dependable company
We've had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for the past 8 years, ever since we adopted our dog when he was 2 years old. Through a range of minor injuries and illnesses over the years, and more recently, a need for expensive diagnostics with a specialist, Healthy Paws has been there, unwavering. Our policy has never been changed, aside from the relatively small price increases over the years, which we are given plenty of advance notice about and we have found to be reasonable. All our claims have been processed quickly, and require only an upload of an itemized invoice once they have your pet's medical records. We especially appreciate that Healthy Paws has no payout limits per incident, per year, or per lifetime. We sleep peacefully knowing that whatever medical care our baby needs, we will be able to provide for him with the help of Healthy Paws. I often think it would be nice if our human insurance were so easy!

Extremely Happy I Chose Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!
I compared many pet insurance companies and I am extremely satisfied with my choice of Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. No deductible per incident only once annually, no caps on payouts at all, and they even cover congenital issues if symptoms first occur after the start of the insurance. This is very important if you have a pure breed. When our dog was a little over 2 she started to show signs of an issue. We have a $100 deductible and 90% coverage and Healthy Paws has been fantastic! With the app I just take a picture of the vet bill to submit a claim- it couldn't be more simple. We were able to have an MRI to diagnose her which would not have been affordable. Any pain medication she will need to stay on long term is covered. If she gets worse and needs surgery we know it will be covered. We only had one claim denied because it looked like a well visit. It only took a call to talk with them for them to correct it without argument. They paid all our claims quickly and we have only experienced very good customer service. I had fears about sending all the medical records at time of first claim because I heard horror stories about pet insurance companies using pre-existing condition to deny legit claims. But that didn't happen--they have been paying all our claims without any issue at all. It was so easy and they really seem to care about your pet and want to cover them so they can get well. Like all insurance I am hoping the rates stay reasonable and affordable, but I can say right now that I could not be more pleased with my choice of Healthy Paws for my pet insurance!

Wasn't sure that I needed pet insurance, but I have too cockapoos and they both got sick within a week of each other and the pet insurance was saved they family budget. It was the best decision that I could have ever made. I tell everyone I meet about FIGO insurance and how it saved they day! I strongly recommend every pet owner get some coverage.

Wellness Worth It
I got a full plan, including wellness on my puppy. It was very worth it because there is a lot of wellness cost upfront for young animals. Many trips for checkups and booster vaccines and stool sample tests, etc. Having the wellness plan at a time like this really made it worth it and helped keep those costs under control. It's also nice that there is no deductible for wellness and pays 100% up to the yearly limits. I do wish those limits were a little higher without having to go up to the next tier, the $26/mo. option isn't feasible when you run the numbers. I also like the peace of mind that, with having the illness and accident insurance, too, seeing how smoothly the processing went for my wellness claim, I can expect the same level of service should I need to file an accident or illness claim.
