The Best decision I made on choosing Nationwide for my dog's insurance
I love the straight forward, easy to do paperwork and clear insurance procedures for my dog. I wish my car/home insurance were just like this. We love Nationwide pet insurance & have been using it for over 3 years. We appreciate it all.

One of the best benefits offered!
I enrolled in the pet insurance 3 years ago and am so thankful. So worth it. It covers some of the preventive vaccinations and medications to a certain dollar limit. And for my dog, she had broken a tooth last year (dental not covered) but since it became infected they covered a large portion which more than paid for my annual premium. And VitusVet is an awesome way to submit claims, and I have all reimbursements direct deposited to my account. Submitting a claim through VitusVet takes about 2 minutes. Also I noticed an improvement in response time to claims, in the last six months I received claims response information in about a week to 10 days. And bottom line, Nationwide helps to ensure that my puppy is able to get the care she needs and is happy and healthy.

Great Company Gives You Peace of Mind
I got Healthypaws after my poor cat racked up a $7000 emergency vet bill. Going through the experience was difficult enough, but to get walloped with such a big bill at the end of it was really a gut punch. I swore I wouldn’t put myself through that again, so I started comparing insurance companies. I landed with Healthypaws, and I have been REALLY pleased with them. Now when there is any health concern (and there seems to be plenty), I don’t have to worry as much about his bill on top of worrying about his health. When you are stressed about your furbaby’s medical situation, it’s some solace to have options that might otherwise be out of reach financially. Healthypaws has never given me a problem with my claims, and their app and website make submitting claims quite easy. I do wish there was a dental option, but those seem rare in the pet insurance world, and quite costly. Overall, they are a great company, and I highly recommend them.

Pays for rehab after injury
I love this insurance so far. I never in a million years thought I would already be using it. But crazy girl Tess decided to pull a muscle in her groin! We've done some rehab and so far, it's paid for a lot of it!!! I think we are on the downhill side of it all but I'm very thankful. Without it she wouldn't be getting to do the therapy she needs to recover. We just had acupuncture last week so I'll know soon enough if that was covered as well. Even it it isn't, this insurance has helped us out a lot! Hoping to never need it again!!

I purchased the insurance for my dog thru my job, and it has been the best investment by far that I've ever made. She has had a ton of ear infections requiring surgery, and nationwide was on my side! They covered the entire procedure, and after my deductible everything after care as well. I used to worry about how I would be able to take care of her if something major happened, but now I'm confident she will love a long happy life as long as I have nationwide!
