The fact that this is my dogs second knick this year, should be covered. The fact that it is per incident is fraud and a bait and switch. My dog is epileptic and has serious issues, thus I cannot afford to drop the insurance but if I could I would. You play on people who simply love there pets. I pay you over $1,000 a year for nothing.

Nyssa was very helpful and I was able to find a policy for Max that works.
Nyssa was very helpful and I was able to find a policy for Max that works. She gave me several options for types of coverage and deductibles. I also didn't have to wait forever on hold. For the policy I'm canceling with another company, I was never able to talk with a real person. Their hold times were crazy long and I had to do everything online

Easy, affordable, a bit slow.
The claim process is simple and easy. The price is more affordable than some other companies. They are maybe a little slower in processing and refunding. I wish exam fees were covered, but that seems pretty standard when it comes to pet insurance. It doesn't look like anyone covers that.

Nationwide is Quick to Respond to Claims.
I would definitely recommend Nationwide Health Insurance to ALL Pet Parents. The Whole Pet Plan with Wellness gives me peace of mind that I can take my dog to the Vet whenever he needs his annual exams and vaccinations and/or whenever I see a problem. As a result, when my dog went for a Dental Check-up and the Vet found a Tumor in mouth, she quickly removed it and I didn't have to worry about the cost of the surgery.

True to their Word
We have had nothing but good things to say about Pets Best. Our pup is only 2 but has had a number of small and large illnesses including a heart murmer, some swelling in her neck causing difficulty breathing, concern for addison's disease and a number of bouts of gastroenteritis. She is delicate to say the least. Pets Best has covered all of our claims and provided us updates when our claim process is delayed. We have had our money reimbursed within three days on occasions and other occasions had to wait about a month. I think it just depends on how busy they are. They let you know when you place your claim how long they think it will be. Their pricing is fair and we would definitely recommend to others!

Healthy Paws saved his life
t’s hard to put into words how I am feeling right now and the overwhelming gratitude I have for Healthy Paws. I tried to dictate this review and I can’t because I simply can’t stop crying. You see, my dear Kobe came very close to death two times due to a rare fungal disease - Valley Fever. In fact he is still very ill but his prognosis has improved thanks to the expert level of care he is receiving and thanks to Healthy Paws. Having a critically ill family member is an emotional roller coaster and a potential financial crisis. If you are even reading this, your dog (or cat) is not just a pet to you, they are your family. Imagine having to make the choice between the life and death of your family member on the basis of money - That’s a horrifying thought. As soon as I brought Kobe home, I knew I could never make that choice. As a consumer attorney, I knew I had to do my research before I chose a pet insurance company. I thoroughly vetted several and Happy Paws was and still is, by far the best. Knowing I can provide my family member Kobe with the best life-saving care possible is comforting beyond words.
