Mailed an accumulative amount of receipts that they claim they didn’t get, apparently their is a 6 month window in which you can claim. Rates increased as u used the insurance....go with a company that is more transparent...all they want is your money

Great insurance, just what we needed.
Thank you for this wonderful insurance at a reasonable price. Our dog has never been sick, so it was a shock when he developed an illness, almost died, and had to be in the hospital several days. He is now feeling better and acting like his old self again. The claims process was easy with the phone app, and the electronic payment was super fast and just what I expected. Thank you, Nationwide!

Best investment ever!
Healthy Paws is the best investment I have ever made. Charlie has had multiple procedures done and Healthy Paws has been there every step of the way! It gives me peace of mind knowing I can rely on them. The claims process is very simple and turnaround time for reimbursements is very quick. Definitely 10/10!

I cannot express how greatful we are to have you in our corner. I honestly do not know how we could have gone thru this without you. You truly are worth every dime spent on our policy. We have a house full of Irish wolfhounds, three to be exact. And we look at them as our family and will do anything and everything we can for them. Which is why we have your insurance. Heart breaking as it is to say we had pneumonia hit our family members this past winter and we were able to save one, but had to help our other girl cross over the bridge. On all days, Christmas. We are still devastated from our loss of our beautiful Honor. Our other girl Heaven is now fighting her second round of pneumonia and so far doing well. This has and is costing more money than we could have afforded with out you. I thank God every day for making the right decision and going with your company. Not once have I had to cut any medical care short for lack of money. And I can say, I truly have done any and everything I can for them. And knowing this gives us some comfort. I am very happy with your prompt pay and wonderful customer service. Believe me I have been your biggest advocate on pet insurance. I have even told some breeders that it should be mandatory in their contracts. As for us, I'm praying this will be the last of the pneumonia once we get her over it AGAIN. Having this insurance has saved me so much stress and debt. Dogs are not just animals, but our kids. And just like kids, they need to go to the dr for routine visits and emergencies. Pet insurance, completely worth it!
I am so glad I got pet insurance when my babies were babies! I have one that is very low maintenance and I have one that makes up for several. Having Nationwide Pet Insurance has given me the peace of mind to be able to provide every health need to my high maintenance Mastiff so she can live the most comfortable life possible in a world where she is allergic to basically everything in the air that surrounds her!

Best investment ever!
It has been a true blessing knowing that I can do whatever is needed to take care of our fur baby and we don’t have to break the bank. Before, it would have been difficult to decide between vet bills and our bills! Bear is family to us and we all have insurance so why wouldn’t we have it for her!!
