Xanadu with her health issues.
My little Xanadu has thyroid issues and skin issues We go to Canada to a dermatologist to help her with her skin care. I love how Trupanion will pay directly to the Vet if choice. My regular Vet excepts Trupanon and she now has information for other clients and strongly recommends the insurance.

Your definition of pre-existing conditions is so broad as to be laughable. As a retired physician I know that your definition of '�same condition' is merely a ploy to avoid payment of a claim. I'm not sure why I continue to pay the escalating premiums.

Easy And Good Service So Far!
The vet put in all the information for me I didn't have to do anything. It was sad that nothing was covered but that's my own fault because the deductible is high. But the reason it's high is because I can't afford a lower deductible which is why I give it a nine rather than ten. The experience was smooth and it was great. Prices are quite expensive for pets. That is where I am not as impressed with. But I do recommend trupanion to friends and family.

Trupanion has provided incredible customer service and has been extraordinary in their support during very challenging time in my family. Were it not for Trupanion, there is a very strong likelihood our pet Choc. Lab, Bruno, would not be alive today. Diagnosed with a terminal condition, Bruno is able to thrive as a result of his covered treatment and we're able to enjoy every day we have with him. The coverage is comprehensive and premiums are reasonable The claims process is easy to navigate online and is satisfied quickly. We truly appreciate Trupanion and will continue to be satisfied customers as long as we share our lives with other animals.
