Stephanie was terrific! I am dismayed that Trupanion has become VERY expensive. Every year the rates are increased. This year they went up over 20%. Using my zip code to make the rates in very unfair. I also would want to pay in full for the year and not every month

Trupanion-More than an insurance company
Trupanion has been the BEST investment I have ever made! They have been by my side through Mozzie's eye and back/neck diagnoses' and treatments. Your representatives have answered all my questions. They have listened and talked with me about Mozzie's health, care, well-being and prognosis. Whenever I meet a pet owner and lover who values their pet as an interracial part of their immediate family and treats them with all the love, compassion and respect they deserve I tell them about Mozzie and our experience with Trupanion. I give them Trupanion's contact information. So far this year I have given Trupanions contact information to three pet lovers. Thank you for all your concern and compassion for my best friend Mozzie!

This policy is perfect for for us.
This policy is perfect for for us. I like being able to choose my deductible amount that fits my budget. And monthly premiums are based on the deductions I chose, and have only increased a tiny amount in the 5 years I've had this policy. I am so glad that I have this insurance now that my very healthy dog just injured her knee and the surgery is pretty expensive. Would hate to be in a situation where I had to decide that I just can't afford to do it.

Continuous coverage even 2 years later!
We love Trupanion and have been so pleased with our coverage of services. It's reassuring to know that we have a plan in place to help our sweet Bella in case we need it. Unfortunately she has had a lot of UTI's the first year of her life, and then had another one at age 3 and they covered 90% of our care still without having to pay a deductible again. It is so worth it, and I recommend to anyone getting a pet to get it right away!

When I first enrolled with Trupanion, I was told my rate would remain the same for the life of my dog. I am then told that "rate" actually means what he is covered for, so now I am paying more than double what I signed up for. It was a rug pulled over my eyes and I will never use this company again. I have 3 friends that just adopted and were looking at Trupanion due to my recommendation - since finding this information out, starting at $40.00 a month and now paying $100.00, they have all found other pet insurances that don't lie to their customers.

Why I recommend Trupanion
I tell all my friends and even people I don't know about Trupanion, and to get it the moment they get their new dog. It is so important and Trupanion is a great insurance. You never know what is going to come your way with your pet, and the cost is often very cost prohibitive. If you want to give your pet the best care possible, sign up for Trupanion. My dog developed a neurological disorder when she turned 4 years old. Thanks to Trupanion I am able to afford to give her the best treatment possible so she can live a longer life. I am forever grateful for Trupanion.
