healthypaws brings me and my dogs a sense of peace and security
I did all the research to choose a Pet insurance for my 3 rescue's and after careful consideration, I chose healthypaws. It wasn't just about price, but also service, and their involvement as stewards to help other animals. I'm grateful for their phenomenal service with my Pug Gus, and also Frankie and Pablo who have also had visits that healthypaws reimbursed for. It's a great benefit to get pet insurance, but more importantly, it's something your pet deserves, and will give them a healthy and longer life. Without healthypaws, sometimes people have to make sad decisions they normally wouldn't have because of the financial consequences. healthypaws gets rid of that problem, and it's such a relief to have that sense of peace and security. Great Insurance
Great insurance. Very timely claim response and good coverage with a wellness rider for ~$50 per month. We feel it has already paid for itself. Just wish I could see the EOBs for my dogs visits. The website doesn’t let me see them. Guess it’s a glitch.

Nationwide takes care of my furbaby
I absolutely am a true advocate for Nationwide. I've had it for 10 years (since my dog was 8 weeks) and although it increases yearly in price, it helps to recoup vet bills. The phone agents are friendly/caring and the reimbursement for my vet bills are quick (they even do direct deposit)!

Surprise vet bills are no fun. Jan. 2020 It cost me just about a $1000 for my dogs ear infection. Nationwide Pet re-imbursed me 90% after my deductible. Outstanding service. Nationwide Pet Insurance is a life saver!
I have three English Bulldogs -- a breed well-known for medical issues and expensive vet bills. I have Nationwide's Accident, Injury and Wellness plan for each of them. Recently, one of my more devious boys swallowed a rope toy and required abdominal exploratory surgery to remove it. As a pet parent that treats her pups like family, a surgery like this is stressful and scary, and the last you need during that time is worrying about the ever-mounting bill. Nationwide's claim process is simple and quick. They've never hounded me for additional information or argued with me over covered expenses, and the reimbursements are direct deposited into my bank account, usually within 7-10 days. I've had pet insurance with other well known companies in the past, and Nationwide's premiums are much less while providing the same level of benefits. I highly recommend Nationwide.

Expensive, but if you want the best you pay for the best Nationwide Insurance.
My plan is not only wellness care, it is care of emergencies, Veterinary emergency care, yearly dental cleanings, and shots. The hotline to ask for advice when there is an accident or any other concerns. Expensive, yes, but the care we give our pets today is exceptional.
