The Nationwide Pet Insurance program has been wonderful. As a first time dog owner it has given me such a peace of mind! To have the 24/7 vethelpline has also been a lifesaver. I have been able to ask questions before deciding whether or not I need to go to the vet! This has been so amazing for me and pet! Would recommend to anyone!

When my wonderful Sherlock passed away, Embraced prorated and refunded his month premium payment without me having to ask. They also sent a very heartfelt condolences card. Alan, the customer service rep I chatted with today, was very helpful and was able to extend my payment after my wife was laid off due to COVID-19. I could tell from his answers that they weren't pre-written answers, but he truly cared about me as a customer and wanted to make sure my family was taken care of and that we stayed healthy during these troubling times. I've never had an issue with Trupanion in the first place, but this is the first time I've had to reach out to their customer service. I can't recommend them enough, especially compared to other companies in different industries that give so little in terms of customer service.
