You all are really good at finding ways to not pay anything for our dog's health expenses. You don't really provide any value. If we had set aside all of the premiums in a savings account we would have been better off. I think your service borders on being a scam, but because you have your fine print you can get away with not paying. Once my dog dies, I will cease doing business with you all. We had a similar experience with another insurance company and were hoping it would be different with you guys. It's just more of the same.

Scam!
We were loyal customers for 5 years with a few small claims. The cost went up 38% this year. There is no option to cancel your policy online. We are sad to leave on this note, but no longer trust this company.

I did not have to worry about anything only my payment. It was still costly, but so much better than having to pay the whole thing. Thank you for your quick response and concern. I so appreciate it. There is one thing I couldn't understand about my cost though and maybe you could explain it to me. I understand that I had to pay the tax, exam and my deductible, but I don't understand the 10% before taxes. Thank you again for your swift reaction and kindness

Every time I have call Customer Care Reps that have all been friendly and helpful in answering any questions I have
